There’s something so special about a group of women coming together, sharing experiences, and supporting each other in good times and bad.
My 10 year high school reunion is this year. Rather, it’s next month. (uh, what?)
This has caused a lot of reflection on the past and all that has changed since then. One of the biggest changes in my life is the support of a large group of women. As an introvert, I’ve always had my select number of friends, but the Red Tent Circle I attend has opened my heart up and let more people in.

What is a Red Tent?
A Red Tent Circle is a group of women to confide in and build a community with. Women from different beliefs are welcomed in and given a safe place to talk about what’s on their mind and heart.
Twice a month we meet in person to talk about our lives, our hopes, our dreams, our triumphs, and our struggles. But it doesn’t end there. With an online community, these women are here for each other constantly.
Watching women blossom into their authentic selves has been a beautiful thing to witness. In one year, there has been a lot of growth for the regulars of these Red Tent meetings. Since knowing them, I have grown so much as a person. I have gained courage and self confidence.
If you find yourself searching for community, for friendship and unwavering support, I recommend you find a Red Tent near you.
